Social Design exhibition by the Designing Out Crime Research Centre.
For the past 6 years I've been lucky enough to work with a team of amazing designers, architects, researchers and spatial psychologists on projects exploring the role of design in promoting social justice in prisons, courts and communities.
We are exhibiting this body of work, including the co-design of a prison learning centre, video court spaces and systems, family visits areas, systems design in vocational training and modular housing. Come along!

Opening: Wed the 28th of Feb. 6pm

Info, address and RSVP HERE

The exhibition can also be viewed between 11am – 3pm, Monday 26 to Wednesday 28 February, 2018.

As part of Sydney Design Festival we're exhibiting the Play Up project at the Australian Design Centre. This project was a collaboration with Jean-Paul Bell, making a range of props to assist performers using humour to stimulate memory in dementia care. I caught up with the Australian Design Centre to talk about the project and reflect on the practice of Social Design.

The conversation can be found HERE.
