A record player assembled from recycled bits and bobs:

Deck and Amp from Gumtree, speakers pulled out of an old HiFi, construction ply, veneer from a children's cupboard, facade from dressed fence palings, writing table legs, school library book ends as record holders and hand painted front panel.

Workshop weekend project, making a coffee table from left over wood scraps.

The Mechanic next door welded up the hairpin legs for me...except they were a little wonky. 

A matching chock worked a treat :)
